Nicola joined Avondale in May 2022. She started her working life in Human Resources, recruiting for offshore and overseas before having a total career change 23 years ago and qualified as an Early Years Practitioner before returning to an office-based role. In Nicola’s spare time she enjoys walking her dogs and riding.
